June 2, 2024 – Devon, PA – The Breeding Divisions were front and center in the Dixon Oval on the final day of the 2024 Devon Horse Show and Country Fair. Harbor Square RWC, who was handled By Christopher Webb, trained by Emily Anne Belin-McDonald, and owned By Bob and Jane Clark captured The Kenneth Wheeler Perpetual Trophy and the title of Best Young Horse to close out competition at Devon 2024.

“Devon is like the Kentucky Derby, everyone wants to win here, there were a lot of beautiful horses here today, to win here is like the holy grail, we are very blessed,” said Jane Clark, Part-Owner of this year’s Best Young Horse, Harbor Square RWC, or “Oscar” in the barn. Crediting Oscar’s Trainer Emily Anne Belin-McDonnell to his right, and Handler, Chris Webb to his left, Robert Clark, Part-Owner, said, “The team is excellent.”
