The 2016 American Gold Cup CSI-W4* and organizers announced today that Ariana Rockefeller has chosen to debut her beautiful and anxiously awaited line of handbags at the American Gold Cup at beautiful Old Salem Farm on Sunday, September 18th.

Ariana Rockefeller’s eponymous handbag collection features four classic handbag styles: Tote, Satchel, Clutch, and Cross-body. Each calfskin handbag is inspired by Ariana’s love of equestrian sport, and are made in the USA. The American Gold Cup has been selected as one of only seven events that comprise the East Coast division of the all-new Longines FEI World Cup™ Jumping North American League. The top equestrian athletes compete in the league in order to qualify for the Longines FEI World Cup™ Jumping Final. This year’s final will be held, for the first time ever, in Omaha, Nebraska, on March 29 through April 7, 2017 at the Century Link Center in Omaha.

Now entering its 46th year, the 2016 American Gold Cup competition will play host to a number of important Longines FEI Rankings events, culminating with the prestigious $216,000 Longines FEI World Cup™ Jumping New York, where the top riders will compete for the prestigious American Gold Cup. Also on the agenda, the $86,000 American Gold Cup Qualifier, the $86,000 Fidelity Investments Classic, the $35,000 Don Little Memorial Welcome Stake and the $35,000 Hermes Sellier Cup.
