Cherry Knoll Farms has a Noteworthy Weekend at the Palm Beach Dressage Derby

Wellington, FL – March 8, 2016 – Cherry Knoll Farm reigned supreme during Week 8 of the Adequan Global Dressage Festival (AGDF). Margaret Duprey and Rebecca Hart both took home blue ribbons at the historic Palm Beach Dressage Derby. Duprey continued growing her partnership with Cherry Knoll Farm’s Ehrendorf, while Hart and Schroeter’s Romani looked to jump in their overall marks.

Duprey and Cherry Knoll’s 12-year-old Westphalian gelding Ehrendorf entered Saturday’s Fourth Level Test 1 and earned themselves a 65.676 percent. As the pair continues to solidify their partnership, they look forward to keeping a strong momentum as they enter the tail end of the AGDF.

“I was very happy with the ride, even though I know that there are improvements that needed to be done. For our first show out together, I am excited for what the future has in store for us,” Duprey said.

Duprey is excited about this partnership and their progression in the future as she aims at FEI levels by the summer.

Hart and Schroeter’s Romani (Grade II) continued their tour at the AGDF. The dynamic duo broke the illusive 80 percent mark, earning themselves 81.765 percent in Saturday’s FEI Para Team Grade II test. The duo also earned their first-ever score of 10 from a judge. They followed their performance Sunday earning 73.143 percent in the FEI Para Grade II Individual test. Romani is owned in conjunction with Margaret Duprey, Cherry Knoll Farm, Barbara Summer and Bill and Sandy Kimmel.

The pair has their sights set on the Paralympics in Rio de Janeiro. Earlier this season, in the second week of the AGDF, they helped solidify Team USA’s spot for the Rio de Janeiro Paralympics in the $10,000 CPEDI3*.
