Temecula, Calif. – Sept. 1, 2020 – Nilforushan Equisport Events (NEE) is excited to announce that it has been selected as the host of the 2020 CPHA Foundation West Coast Equestrians (WCE) Medal Final during its new fall event. The WCE Medal Final will take place during the first week of the Temecula Valley National Fall Series, scheduled to be held November 11 – 15 at Galway Downs, the beloved three-year home of NEE competitions. The entire team is thrilled to welcome qualified junior and amateur athletes to Temecula in November for a chance to compete for the 2020 title. Preparations are already underway, so exhibitors can expect great sport on world-class footing in a clean and safe atmosphere. Stay tuned for more information!
“NEE is honored to have been chosen to host this meaningful California event and we are prepared to make it nothing short of spectacular,” said Ali Nilforushan, founder of Nilforushan Equisport Events. “We are going to make every effort possible to make this year’s WCE Medal Final the best one yet, and we are looking forward to having many of the West Coast’s best young equestrians with us in November.”
Originally on the schedule at the Las Vegas National Horse Show, the class had to be moved due to a cancellation of that event forced by the COVID-19 pandemic. While the class is in Temecula this year, NEE is committed to ensuring that the prestigious event proceeds in a way that is safe for athletes, as well as offering top competition that riders have some to expect from NEE events in the past.
Exhibitors and trainers seeking entry and stabling information for the fall horse shows will be able to submit entries online at ShowGroundsLive.com and EquestrianConnect.com. Interested vendors can find application forms in the forthcoming prize list, where the full COVID-19 safety protocol will also be noted in the prize list.
