Lexington, Ky. – Sept. 15, 2018 – Enviro Equine & PET is thrilled to congratulate several top breeding clients on an extremely successful sale this past weekend at the Keenland September Sale. The much anticipated annual event saw the sale of over 500 of the most elite young Thoroughbred horses and grossed over $216,000,000. Enviro Equine client, Hill ‘n’ Dale Sales Agency, produced the sale topping yearling, as well as a host of other top selling racing prospects.
The highest selling yearling HIP #458, a colt by War Front from the Hill ‘n’ Dale Sale Agency, sold for an incredible $2.4 million to Coolmore Stud of Ireland. Four of Enviro Equine’s breeding clientele produced one or multiple horses that sold for over $1,000,000 in the past weeks’ sales. Gainseway Farm, of Lexington, Kentucky collected an impressive $1.6 million for their Medaglia d’Oro colt, HIP #823, as well as filly out of Pioneer of the Nile (HIP #977) that fetched a price tag of $1.05 million.
VanMeter Gentry Sales’ HIP #388, a colt by Empire Maker, sold for an impressive $1.35 million while their American Pharoah filly, HIP #306 brought in a cool $1.2 million. Castlepark Farm, LLC and Dromoland Farm respectively produced colts that sold for $1.2 million, HIP #948 by Into Mischief and HIP #291 by War Front.
