Wellington, Fla. — Oct. 1, 2018 — CycleBar Wellington, the premier indoor cycling studio, has a full schedule of themed rides and charitable events during the month of October. Committed to supporting the local community, Cyclebar is hosting themed rides to support Breast Cancer Awareness month as well as fundraising rides to support the Sloan Kettering Cancer Center and the Kids Cancer Foundation. Cyclebar is also rolling out a new schedule to accommodate more ride times throughout the week.
CycleBar’s charity events will be in support of several different cancer foundations. Starting on Oct. 1, members are encouraged to show support of Breast Cancer Awareness month by getting pink hair extensions, sponsored by! Members that participate are eligible to win a free prize by signing up at erin.schiller@cyclebar.com.
On Oct. 20, there will be a fundraiser to support the Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center at 12pm. The world-renowned research center hosts hundreds of researchers and doctors in an effort to make breakthrough discoveries in multiple forms of cancer research.
The final event in October will kick off at 5:30 pm on October 26th and will be a ride for the Kids Cancer Foundation of South Florida. Friday’s ride will serve as a kick-off event precluding the Wellington Runners Club 10-miler and the Sebastian 5k both taking place on Sunday, October 28th.
