Saratoga Springs, NY. – May 21, 2018 – Leading equine hospital Rood & Riddle has partnered its Saratoga location with the well-known Lake Placid Horse Show. Rood & Riddle in Saratoga will be the official Equine Hospital for both the Lake Placid Horse Show running from June 26, 2018 – July 1, 2018 as well as the I Love New York series running July 3, 2018 – July 8, 2018.
Lake Placid Horse Shows have the distinct honor of being home to two of the nation’s most beloved equestrian events – The Lake Placid and I Love New York Horse Shows. Located in an idyllic resort community of Lake Placid, NY; each horse show in the series features USEF “AA” rated hunter competition as well as FEI show jumping competition. The two-week series offers fun for both competitors and their families at the base of the Catskill Mountains.
Rood & Riddle Equine Hospital was founded in 1986 with its original facility located in Lexington, KY. The practice grew in both size and reputation and realized a need for satellite locations located around the country. The state-of-the-art facility in Saratoga recently underwent expansion to now include two surgical suites, three anesthesia induction and recovery stalls, a radiology suite, a laboratory, and an ambulatory garage. The hospital also boasts a four-stall temperature controlled nuclear scintigraphy building as well.
