Wellington, Fla. – June 13, 2019 – One of the biggest three-day events of the year, the Longines Luhmühlen Horse Trials, kicks off on Thursday, June 13, and runs through Sunday, June 16. Once again, Horse & Country TV (H&C TV) is proud to host an exclusive livestream from Luhmühlen, Germany, and has expanded its coverage to include all three phases of the world-class competition so you don’t miss a minute of the action!

The Longines Luhmühlen Horse Trials annually attracts the biggest names in the sport of eventing. Previous winners include William Fox-Pitt (GBR), Andrew Nicholson (NZL), Bettina Hoy (GER), Sharon Hunt (GBR) and Michael Jung (GER). Jung was the first athlete to win the title twice. This year, American entries include Alexandra Knowles and Frances Thieriot Stutes. Alongside these, Andreas Dibowski, Dirk Schrade and Frank Ostholt are all aiming to make their mark on home turf.
Athletes are particularly keen to get a flavor of this famous course as Luhmühlen is set to be the venue for this year’s FEI Eventing European Championships, taking place Aug. 28-Sept. 1.
Following the livestream, a highlights show from the 2019 Longines Luhmühlen Horse Trials will air on H&C TV on Tuesday, June 25, at 7:30 p.m. EST. This program will also be available on demand from Wednesday, June 26.
