Wellington, Fla. – April 2, 2018 – Media credentials for the highlight event of the polo season are now available! The Gay Polo League (GPL) is hosting the 9th Annual Land Rover Palm Beach International Gay Polo Tournament at the iconic International Polo Club April 5-8, and it’s an event you don’t want to miss.
Since its inception, the International Gay Polo Tournament has become a cultural phenomenon that draws crowds from all over the country and polo players from around the world. Each year, the polo gets better, crowds get bigger and tailgates get more creative.
The 2018 tournament is on track to be GPL’s biggest event yet! The multi-day event includes festivities Saturday, April 7 that media is invited to attend.
Saturday, April 7th
– Gates open at 10 am for tailgate set up & 12 pm for General Admission
– Matches at 1 pm & 3 pm, followed by award ceremonies
The GPL is a 501(c)3 organization and is using the 9th Annual Land Rover Palm Beach International Gay Polo Tournament as a platform to raise funds to help LGBTQ youth in areas homelessness and education.
