Temecula, Calif. – June 15, 2020 – Nilforushan Equisport Events (NEE) is thrilled to announce that both weeks of the Temecula Valley National Summer Series (TVNSS), presented by Interactive Mortgage, are now rated by US Equestrian! Soon to be held at Galway Downs from June 24-28 and June 30-July 4, the TVNSS will now feature Level 4 Jumpers and National Hunters, offering exhibitors greater opportunities to compete and the chance to earn valuable points in their respective divisions. The move from an unrated to rated show was granted in part because each week will be offering more than $80,000 in prize money, greater than the usual $25,000 threshold for unrated shows. This change will also ensure that FEI riders will not face any issues at future shows.
“We were excited to be able to offer even an unrated show so that our peers could get back in the ring with their horses again, so we are ecstatic now to be able to provide a rated competition! We know that things are coming together closer to the show dates than normal considering the circumstances, but we appreciate everyone’s patience and flexibility as we prepare for a show in only a few weeks time,” commented Ali Nilforushan, co-founder of Nilforushan Equisport Events.
Due to the updated rating, the prize list for the TVNSS will be adjusted. Please stay tuned in order to view all the applicable changes and how they may affect each participant.
Exhibitors and trainers who received stabling confirmation for either week of the horse show can submit entries by emailing entry blanks to entries@jump-nee.com or online at ShowGroundsLive. After June 17, entries will be considered late. Interested vendors can find application forms in the prize list, as well, and the full COVID-19 safety protocol is also noted in the prize list.
