Middleburg, Va. – Nov. 25, 2019 – Rutledge Farm is celebrating a successful 2019 Rutledge Farm Sessions clinic series. Based in historic Middleburg, Virginia, the Rutledge Farm Sessions invites the country’s top high-performance athletes and trainers to host clinics for riders of all levels and disciplines. The 2019 series was made possible thanks to this year’s generous sponsors and media partners, including Salamander Resort & Spa, Attwood Equestrian Surfaces, Taylor Harris Insurance Services (THIS), Total Equine Veterinary Associates (TEVA), and Event Clinics.

After expanding to include show jumping, dressage, eventing, and equitation clinics, the Rutledge Farm Sessions welcomed seven renowned experts from across the country that represented the four different disciplines. The series kicked off with Olympic show jumping gold medalist Peter Wylde, followed by eventing champion Boyd Martin, Olympic bronze medalist and Technical Advisor for the U.S. Dressage Team Debbie McDonald, Olympic show jumping gold medalist Will Simpson, Olympic dressage bronze medalist Ali Brock, Olympic show jumping gold medalist Phillip Dutton, and renowned equitation trainer Stacia Madden concluding the series.
In addition to the clinicians, Rutledge Farm hosted 90 riders and 300 auditors throughout the seven different sessions. The Rutledge Farm Sessions saw participants and clinicians from 11 different states, including Virginia, Maryland, West Virginia, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Delaware, Georgia, Florida, Idaho and California, as well as the District of Columbia.
On the sessions, Brock said, “Rutledge is amazing! I think Aleco [Bravo-Greenberg] has done an amazing job bringing in really top professionals in different disciplines, and giving people an opportunity that they normally wouldn’t have. It’s a beautiful facility with great footing, and he’s done a great job taking care of us.”
