After more than a week of intermittent rain and thunderstorms, the sun came out on Sunday, May 20th, not only for the always exciting $130,000 Empire State Grand Prix at the Old Salem Spring Horse Show, but also to showcase horses that are currently up for adoption and horses that were recently adopted as part of the EQUUS Foundation Next Chapters program.
