Hunter Competitors Kick-Off Opening Day of Temecula Valley National Premier II, Presented by Interactive Mortgage
Temecula, Calif. – April 28, 2021– Riders eagerly descended upon the Grand Hunter Arena Wednesday, April 28, for the opening day of competition at the Temecula Valley National Premier II, presented by Interactive Mortgage. Marisa Metzger and Cavito 2 were dressed to impress in the High Performance 3’9” Hunter adding a blue ribbon to their collection. Also sitting confidently ahead of the pack was Wendy Lee Thompson and Silver Moon 33 who led the field during the first day of the Green 3’6” Hunter division.
Sweden’s Hanna Mauritzson Emerges Victorious in $5,000 Train With Shelby 1.35m Welcome Stake at Temecula Valley National Premier II, presented by Interactive Mortgage
Temecula, Calif. – April 28, 2021– After a short two-day break, the Temecula Valley National Premier II, presented by Interactive Mortgage, resumed Wednesday at Galway Downs, with show jumping at the forefront as horse-and-rider pairs began the second week of competition eager for another shot at the top of the leaderboard. In the $5,000 1.35m Welcome Stake sponsored by Train With Shelby, Hanna Mauritzson and Parkmore Lux led the victory gallop after retaining the quickest double clear time. Taking top call in the 1.40m Jumpers earlier in the day, Jamie Taylor and Quatar led from start to finish to run away with the winning honors to kick off the week on a high note.
