Take Your Pick! Four Ways You Can Help Raise Awareness and Funds for America’s Horses This Week!

The EQUUS Foundation is pleased to renew its association with the Fairfield County Hunt Club June Horse Show which is being held this week through Saturday, June 26, 2021. Here are four ways you can help protect America’s horses and strengthen the bond between horses and people even if you are not able to attend the show.

Stepping Out for America’s Horses
The “Stepping Out for America’s Horses” starts today! Thanks to our sponsor, Fairfield Equine Associates, the campaign will directly benefit the horses of EQUUS Foundation Guardian charities in the Northeast.

The Stepping Out Campaign is a great way to demonstrate your athletic prowess and philanthropic power! It’s easy to participate.

First, set your personal fitness goal for the number of steps you pledge to take during the show week by walking, running, riding or other activities.
Second, select your favorite horse from among the participating EQUUS Foundation Guardian charities to fundraise for.

Please join the EQUUS Foundation as guests of our host, Cindy Raney & Co. for “Champagne & Cupcakes” at 4pm on Friday, June 25, in the Horse Show Hospitality Tent to watch the inaugural $1,000 Charity Team Challenge presented by Corro. Thanks to Corro’s sponsorship of the prize money, the EQUUS Foundation will receive 100% of class entry fees.

Enjoy exciting show jumping, champagne, cupcakes, and a “Mini Kissing Booth” featuring a miniature horse rescued by EQUUS Foundation Guardian charity, Rising Starr Horse Rescue.
