Thank You for Making the Temecula Valley National Summer Series a Reality, From Nilforushan Equisport Events

Temecula, Calif. – July 13, 2020 – Thanks to the generous support of a variety of sponsors who are united by the same vision of growth for equestrian sports in California, Nilforushan Equisport Events is pleased to celebrate the success of its Temecula Valley National Summer Series (TVNSS), presented by Interactive Mortgage. It is through the collective efforts of those benefactors that two weeks of competition at Galway Downs were able to proceed with safety, fun and friendly competition at the forefront.

“All of us at Nilforushan Equisport Events are immensely grateful to our list of sponsors who worked together to help us run one of the first horse shows back on the calendar since the hiatus due to COVID-19. Though keeping exhibitors and staff safe and healthy brought its own set of challenges, we were able to overcome all of those obstacles thanks to the support given to us by our sponsors. We are so thrilled with how well the shows ran, and we know that none of it would have been possible without their commitments,” commented Ali Nilforushan, founder of Nilforushan Equisport Events.

The Temecula Valley National Summer Series offered horse-and-rider pairs a chance to get back in the show ring.

One of the premier sponsors of the event that helped to make the whole thing possible, Gregg DeLong and his team at Interactive Mortgage served as the presenting sponsors of the horse show as well as the title sponsor of the $10,000 Interactive Mortgage USHJA International Hunter Derby during week two. 2020 marked the second year of Interactive Mortgage’s participation in Nilforushan Equisport Events’ competitions, but the organization enhanced its support for the TVNSS in order to provide a memorable and safe experience for eager exhibitors ready to get back in the show ring.

Two of the most exciting classes of the series, the $25,000 Alliant Private Client National Grand Prix happened June 27 followed almost a week later by the $25,000 Jet Pets Grand Prix that took place July 3 thanks to the generosity of the title sponsors, Joe Norick and his team at Alliant Private Client and Jet Pets. During week one’s showcase contest, Cassio Rivetti (BRA) and Kaiser Van Het Lambroeck put on a show to claim victory, followed by the top performance of Mavis Spencer (USA) and Con Calle the next week.
Hunter competitors may have noticed the upgrades to the hunter warm-up ring, which were only made possible through the dedication of Harris Sporthorses. Based on the West Coast, Harris Sporthorses is uniquely qualified to understand the needs of horse show competitors as well as to contribute to shows in a meaningful way.

Spearheading the exciting raffle that benefited the California Professional Horsemen’s Association Foundation’s COVID-19 Relief FundBioXcellerator and Eduardo Sanchez Navarro of Casa del Mar Golf Resort & Spa both served integral roles in promoting stewardship among the exhibitors. BioXcellerator’s once-in-a-lifetime offer valued at $90,000 included two medical tourism treatment getaways of four days in Medellín, Colombia, which includes a personalized stem cell treatment and other full-body health options, plus 4-star amenities and activities. Casa del Mar Golf Resort & Spa is a Los Cabos boutique hotel where the stunning oceanfront beauty of the colonial hacienda-style architecture, luxury style accommodations and world-class golf courses create the best place to golf and relax in Mexico. The winner of this item will be treated to an ocean view suite, plus much more, for four luxurious nights. Though the raffle saw three lucky winners, the money raised through ticket sales will go a long way towards providing aid to local COVID-19 efforts in the equestrian community.

Safety first! Precautions were taken to keep all participants healthy.

Thanks to the exceptional generosity of the Edelbrock Family Foundation, the horse show was able to devote funds towards improvements on the show grounds and special measures designed to keep participants safe and healthy. The Edelbrock Family Foundation donated to the TVNSS because they believe in the ideal of growing horse show opportunities in California and across the West Coast.

Nilforushan Equisport Events thanks all of its sponsors and supporters for making the TVNSS possible and for contributing to the amazing execution of the two-week event. It is through their magnanimous efforts that the horse show was able to put forth a successful experience for all of its participants.
