Wellington, Fla. – Dec. 6, 2019 – Coming onto the scene last December, Trophy Room is Wellington’s new destination for elevated dining and nightlife. The restaurant’s new executive chef, James Strine, has worked in some of Palm Beach’s top kitchens including Cafe Boulud, Buccan and The Breakers, and in 2016 he received the Palm Beach Post’s “Best Chef” award.

Strine has reinvented Trophy Room’s menu presenting a selection of artfully plated Florida seafood, prime beef, brick-oven pizzas, housemade pastas and composed dishes with a global perspective. They have also launched a new weekend brunch Saturdays, Sundays and Mondays with a delicious combination of sweet and savory dishes and of course, bottomless mimosas.
While Strine has helped cement Trophy Room’s status as a premier dining destination, it’s also the go-to spot for champagne and craft cocktails after the equestrian events conclude. Just in time for season Trophy Room has tapped prominent duo Jenny Oz and Tropher Grubb to co-host a series of late nights at the venue, including a weekly Throwback Thursday dinner party and the return of Trophy Sundays.

Planning for New Year’s Eve? Book dinner reservations for Strine’s 5-course tasting menu or reserve a table for the late night VIP party hosted by Jenny and Topher to be a part of Wellington’s biggest NYE celebration.
