Upperville’s Own Alison Robitaille Races to One-Two Finish in 1.40m Open Jumpers at Upperville Colt & Horse Show

Upperville, Va. – June 8, 2021 – Tuesday morning’s action at the 2021 Upperville Colt & Horse Show (UCHS) kicked off in the B&D Builders Jumper Ring I with the 1.40m Open Jumpers and the North American Young Jumper Development Program (NAYJDP) Rising Star Stakes, with two winners originally from Virginia. Alison Robitaille placed first and second in the 1.40m Open Jumpers with Happiness and Cocobelle 3, respectively, while Brooke Kemper and TikTok Z won the NAYJDP Rising Star Stakes to claim the division championship.

Holly Orlando and Samantha Schaefer Capture Green 3’3’’ Hunter Championships at Upperville Colt & Horse Show

Upperville, Va. – June 8, 2021 – The Green Hunter divisions took center stage under the oaks on Tuesday at the Upperville Colt & Horse Show (UCHS). After sweeping the division, Holly Orlando and Waypoint Farm LLC’s Waverly claimed the Green 3’3’’ Hunters Section A division championship, while the Green 3’’3” Hunters Section B division championship went to Samantha Schaefer riding Deep Creek Farm’s Next Request. Orlando and Waverly also rode to a first place finish in the USHJA Green 3’3’’ Hunter Incentive Stake.
