Wellington, Fla. – Feb. 20, 2018 – With six of the twelve weeks of Winter Equestrian Festival competition complete, Victoria Colvin has already had much to celebrate in terms of success. Though the winter horse show circuit is only half finished, the young rider’s extensive list of accolades already contains top finishes in both the jumpers and hunters, with her win aboard Neil Jones Equestrian‘s Clochard in the $25,000 CP National Grand Prix last Sunday serving as a perfect bookend to the halfway point of the series.
Colvin and Clochard Speed to Victory in $25,000 CP National Grand Prix on the Grass

Colvin navigated Neil Jones Equestrian’s Clochard to an easy win in the $25,000 CP National Grand Prix ahead of 25 other competitors to ride the fastest double clear by nearly two seconds. Colvin and Clochard have only been paired together for a few weeks, but have quickly found success in the jumper ring in spite of the young rider having only ridden the 10-year-old Belgian Warmblood stallion a handful of times.
