Wellington, FL – April 16, 2021 – After coming off of a shortened 2020 season due to the pandemic, Victoria Colvin was determined to take full advantage of the 2021 Winter Equestrian Festival (WEF) season and was excited to showcase many talented young horses currently under her tutelage.
Colvin saw continued success for her students and horses in both the hunter and jumper rings over the twelve long weeks that encompass WEF. With several championships in the hunters, big wins in the International Hunter Derby’s, and continued success in the jumpers, Colvin emerged victorious as WEF Circuit Champion in several divisions and aboard many different mounts.
Victoria Colvin Earns WEF Overall Hunter Rider
After an extraordinary 2021 WEF season in the hunter ring, Victoria Colvin was awarded the WEF Overall Hunter Rider for the second year in a row. Throughout the 2021 season, Colvin emerged victorious aboard several mounts in many different divisions and classes, including the Performance Hunters, the Green Hunters, the Pre-Green Hunters, and several significant wins in the International Hunter Derbies and had fantastic success during WCHR week.
Victoria Colvin Earns Spy Coast Farm 7-Year-Old Developing Jumper Circuit Champion
Colvin aboard her mount Emilion Manciais moved up to the 7-Year-Old Developing Jumper class and saw great success throughout the 2021 season. The pair ended the winter circuit as champion.
Victoria Colvin Rides to Several Hunter Circuit Championships
After continuous reserve and champion ribbons throughout all twelve weeks of competition, Colvin rode to several Hunter Circuit Championships, including being circuit champion in the Performance 3’6″ Hunter aboard John and Stephanie Ingram’s Aristocrat, Green 3’3″ Hunter aboard Ingram’s Game Night, Pre-Green 3 & 4-Year-Old Hunter aboard Karen Bruce’s Naturally and the Performance 3’3″ Working Hunter aboard Brad Wolf’s Sebastian.
