Paige Walkenbach & Kara Fritz Claim Junior Hunter 3’3 Champion Titles on Fourth Day of Temecula Valley Premier II, Presented by Interactive Mortgage
Temecula, Calif. – May 1, 2021 – On the fourth day of the Temecula Valley Premier II, young riders returned to the Grand Hunter Arena Saturday afternoon in hopes of claiming the coveted title of champion in the Junior 3’3” Hunter division. With two Junior Hunter 3’3” Champion titles up for grabs this week due to a ‘California Split’, twelve competitors put their names forward, all vying for the championship tricolors. In Section A, Paige Walkenbach aboard Classic rode away with the division championship, while Kara Fritz on Coolboy earned Section B’s championship title.
Victory for Lorcan Gallagher and Cana Van De Blom in $40,000 Interactive Mortgage Grand Prix at Temecula Valley Premier II Presented by Interactive Mortgage
Temecula, Calif. – May 1, 2021 – Nilforushan Equisport Events’ Temecula Valley Premier II returned Saturday for the penultimate and largest day of the weekly competition at Galway Downs, with top horses and athletes taking center stage in the $40,000 Interactive Mortgage Grand Prix in front of an enthusiastic crowd. Pulling ahead of the field with the speediest double-clear ride of the evening was Ireland’s Lorcan Gallagher and Cana Van De Blom, solidifying Gallagher’s second big win of the week following his top prize in Thursday’s $10,000 Tack of the Town 1.40m Speed Classic.
