This win will add to Lyle and Salvino’s total points, which she hopes will secure them a spot on the U.S. team traveling to the FEI World Cup Final taking place April 4-8, 2023. Adrienne Lyle – CDI-W Grand Prix Winner

On how Salvino is feeling:
“He is always just so incredible in the ring. He went in again today, another mistake free test. He took a little look at the spectators which is funny, we showed here in December when there were no spectators, so he kind of came around the corner and thought, ‘Ah the bleachers are back!’, but then he really settled into it by the end of the test. I think by the last centerline he really got into the rhythm with his piaffe/passage. I think we have more in the tank for the freestyle, so I am excited about that. It will be nice, cool weather tomorrow and I’m sure it will be a packed house, he loves both those things!”

On the highlights of their test:
“For me, the piaffe/passage on the last centerline was super. I love to feel him finish a test with that much energy and enthusiasm.”

On their goals for this season:
“Our main goal this year with him is focusing on qualifying for the FEI World Cup Finals. So we will do the qualifiers we need and if we are able to qualify, then he will probably rest a little bit in preparation.”
