Cassidy graduated from the University of North Florida in 2020 with a Bachelor of Science in Multimedia Journalism. Originally from Merritt Island, Florida, Cassidy started riding at a young age, working at various stables in exchange for riding lessons. She worked at a nonprofit off-track thoroughbred rescue for 8 years, rehabilitating and training horses for careers after the track as well as introducing them to the world of eventing. Cassidy also practiced her craft of photography all throughout high school and college covering sporting, social and volunteer events as well as shooting senior portraits. Prior to joining Phelps Media Group, Cassidy worked as a freelance photographer for clients in the Central Florida region, as well as worked as a broadcaster for a small news company in Jacksonville, interviewing and filming tv packages for CW-17. Using her creativity and love for the equine world, Cassidy is excited to bring her knowledge and expertise to the PMG team!
