Tiny Equestrians Take on the Dixon at Devon

Devon, Pennsylvania – May 25, 2024 – The next generation of Devon Champions took to the Dixon Oval on Saturday afternoon for their first-ever chance at a Devon Blue ribbon. Kids under five years old dawned their finest attire and biggest smiles in front of packed grandstands for the annual Devon Horse Show and Country Fair Lead Line classes.

In the 3 and Under Section, sponsored by Courtyard Marriott and Quiet Haven Farm & Rachel Howell, it was Presley Johnson and Barlow Kaplan’s Rollingwoods Knee Deep who claimed top honors. Brooke Brewer’s Lovebug and Everly Brewer claimed the red ribbon, while Cora Bechtel rounded out the top three aboard Kate Kocher’s SHF Tweek.

Audrey Barthelmeh and Down To A T., owned by Katherine Dewar, were the winners of the older, 4-5-year-old Lead Line class. Adeline Scales and Grace Green’s, Roll Call took the second-place honors, while Chloe Iannucci and Parker Hill Ponies, LLC’s Whale Of A Tale finished in third.
