Premiere Week of the 2025 Winter Equestrian Festival (WEF) at Wellington International has set the stage for an unforgettable season, packed with thrilling victories and inspiring competition. German Olympian Richard Vogel came in with a one-two punch and produced major wins in the $35,000 Adequan® WEF Challenge Cup Premiere Round and the $75,000 WEF Premiere Grand Prix. At the same time, local star Victoria Colvin claimed victory in the $25,000 USHJA International Hunter Derby aboard Paradigm, showcasing a brilliant display of talent. Saturday Night Lights dazzled with the electrifying $75,000 Battle of the Sexes, where the boys’ team secured a thrilling win in front of a sold-out crowd.

With Premiere Week behind us, all eyes turn to Week 1, featuring the season’s first CSI3* competition presented by Southern Arches. The excitement continues to build as top international riders and horses prepare to compete.
