CWD has signed on as a sponsor of the EQUUS Foundation 20th Anniversary Celebration (equusfoundation.org/spirit) on Sunday, March 26, 2022, in Wellington, Florida. The EQUUS Foundation will receive 100% of the proceeds of CWD’s 100,000th saddle – a luxury limited edition of its classic Hunter Mademoiselle saddle. Stay Tuned! The auction will open on March 11, 2023 and will close on March 19, 2023, at 8 pm EST.
What is “La 100 millième selle”?
After 25 years, CWD is celebrating the production of its 100,000th saddle with a unique creation, crafted as a luxury piece. It is decorated by our team with the very finest materials: the saddle features vegetable-tanned chestnut buffalo leather lining, 18 carat gold-platted nails and gold Swarovski crystal inlay.

On this occasion, we have decided to support the EQUUS Foundation by putting this unique saddle up for auction. All funds raised will be donated to this NGO which fights for the well-being of American horses and promotes the horse/human relationship.
What is EQUUS Foundation?
EQUUS Foundation is celebrating its 20th anniversary and is the only national charity in the United States that is 100% dedicated to ensuring the well-being of America’s horses and fostering the horse-human bond.
They help strengthen equine relationship by providing, protection, rehabilitation, re-training and re-homing of at-risk American horses.
They also offer opportunities for horses to improve people’s lives through Equine Assisted Services (EAS) ;
Retirement for senior horses is also available, which allows horses to live out their lives comfortably and experience a peaceful and humane end of life.
