Traverse City, Mich. – August 10, 2021 – For the first time, the FEI North American Youth Championships (NAYC) will make their way to Traverse City, Michigan to be hosted at Flintfields Horse Park from August 10-15. This historic championship is among the most prestigious competitions for young equestrians throughout North America, and is an annual event aimed to provide youth show jumping and dressage athletes with the opportunity to experience an international championship atmosphere as part of a team representing their region or zone.
The FEI NAYC consists of the Gotham North/FEI North American Youth Jumping Championships, presented by USHJA, and the FEI North American Youth Championships for Dressage. The NAYC provides an exciting opportunity for riders to compete against their peers in a championship format similar to that of international senior championships, such as the Olympic Games.
