Lexington, KY – Oct. 7, 2022 – As the nation’s oldest and longest running indoor equestrian event, we are excited to welcome you to Lexington, KY for the iconic National Horse Show, being held Oct. 26-Nov. 6.
As a 501c3 organization, the National Horse Show relies heavily upon the support of donors/sponsors to create this incredible heritage event, steeped in equestrian tradition. We have many opportunities to support the event, and we are pleased to share a these options for your consideration. Also, we would be honored to be included in your charitable giving for 2022, and we will send a charitable contribution letter for IRS purposes.
- Daily Social Hour, held daily from 4-5pm in the Riders Lounge on the main concourse. Includes PA announcement of family/sponsor name, jumbotron listing, and welcome signage on the day of your sponsorship. $2,500/day, total of 10 available.
- Massage Chairs located on the concourse by the Riders Lounge. Includes PA announcement of family/sponsor name, jumbotron listing, and signage acknowledging sponsor at massage chairs (total of 4). $5,000
- Photo Booth, a fun digital photo booth that provides prints for Exhibitors to commemorate their participation in the 2022 event. You logo/name will appear on signage at the photo booth, plus you will receive a PA announcement and jumbotron listing. $5,000
- Bootshine- a very popular sponsorship for the riders with four hours of daily service, and a complimentary, professional bootshine for the riders. Includes PA announcement of family/sponsor name, jumbotron listing, and signage acknowledging sponsor at bootshine. $5,000
- Kids Activity Tables, two locations on the Alltech concourse with fun activities for the kids, Includes PA announcement of family/sponsor name, jumbotron listing, and signage at each activity table acknowledging sponsor. $1,500
- Photo Op: A fun and festive photo opportunity on display for both weeks of the National Horse Show. Includes PA announcement of family/sponsor name, jumbotron listing, and signage at the photo display acknowledging sponsor. $1,500
- Video Clip Playbacks: Used as an incredible training tool, by sponsoring the video playbacks you’ll provide an opportunity for each exhibitor to review their ride. Includes PA announcement of family/sponsor name, jumbotron listing, and banner signage at video playback acknowledging sponsor. $5,000
- Monetary Donation, as a 501c3 organization, we are most grateful for your donation of any size to help support the National Horse Show. Donors at the $1,000+ level will receive a PA announcement, jumbotron listing and receive a charitable contribution letter for IRS purposes.
