August 11, 2026 – Leatherdale Farms’ Daniel L and Duett enjoyed a successful weekend of competition at the Midsummer Bash, held at the Royal Canadian Riding Academy in Ontario with rider Vanessa Creech-Terauds.
Leatherdale Farms’ 2012 Hanoverian gelding Daniel L (Damsey FRH–EM Wibranda, Wolkenstein II) delivered one of his most confident Grand Prix performances to date, earning a score of 68.5% to secure the win. After six years together, his partnership with rider Creech-Terauds continues to strengthen, with their progress reflected in an increasingly confident and consistent presence in the ring.
Leatherdale Farms’ 2019 Hanoverian mare Duett (Damsey FRH x Helena 209) also produced an impressive performance, contesting just the third Prix St. Georges of her career and earning a score of 70%. At only seven years old, she continues to demonstrate exciting development and maturity as she gains experience at the level.
